Muscle cramping

You are especially susceptible to this symptom in warmer weather. When your muscles heat up, they are more likely to seize up. These imbalances could be caused by dehydration.

Sleepiness

Your body needs water to perform its daily functions — so when you lose water, it becomes less efficient and slows down.
