Water Cooler Servicing
Bottled water coolers should be sanitised every three months to ensure the long term integrity of the drinking water from the water cooler. We can sell customers a self-sanitisation kit or put you in touch with one of our South African partner companies who will contact you and arrange for a regular sanitisation service.
Water Cooler Problems and Replacements
On water coolers that are purchased from us we offer a one year manufacturers warranty. This is valid as long as you take out a sanitisation contract with us or one of our service partners. We can provide extended warranties and ask clients who are interested in this to call us.
